İTS Denizcilik was established in 2025 under Ozan Global Holding, offering comprehensive solutions in yacht maintenance, repair, technical service and refit as a new generation technical service brand.

It has extensive operational capabilities ranging from painting and surface preparation to fiberglass-epoxy repair; from mechanical, engine and generator service to electrical-electronic system renewals; from teak deck applications to interior refurbishments.

Our 5,000 m² technical facility is designed according to controlled workflow processes. All services can be applied on-site by mobile teams at marinas, ports or shipyards upon request.
